Volunteer positions are diverse and include supporting day-to-day operations, research, cataloging the collection, installing exhibitions, marketing support, special events. The Museum offers internships that provide undergraduate, graduate students and new professionals with practical experience in specific departments of the Museum. Internships are unpaid, but academic credit can be arranged. If you're interested in being an intern, please review and complete the Internship Description and Application, and email it along with a letter of intent and your resume to Kris Grey.
The fellowship is a 12-16 week intensive program providing a unique opportunity to become involved in all of the major areas of museum operations including programing, exhibition planning, special events, marketing, development, and collections management. The Museum offers three fellowships annually on the following schedule:
Session I between January and April- Deadline for application September 1st
Session II between May and August - Deadline for application March 1st
Session III between September and December - Deadline for application June 1st
